Greg Fleming was excellent to deal with. I was in need of a new furnace and was getting multiple estimates. I wanted a 2-stage variable speed high-end furnace, and Greg was the only one to tell me that was actually too much furnace for my house. While it would more than adequately do the job, he suggested a lower priced model that would work just as well for my house. Not too many contractors I know of actually try to save the customer money by suggesting lower priced models.
